With 350 square meters of roof-integrated solar panels, our holiday home Azur produces over 100 kilowatt-hours of electricity per day, thereby covering at least 50% of the annual electricity demand.
Our sustainability measures at a glance:
• New roof with improved thermal insulation
• Electricity generation via a modern solar system
• New heating system with heat recovery
• Hot water storage tank heated by solar energy
• Energy-efficient lighting
In addition to generating electricity for daily use, the highly efficient solar modules also supply a large share of the hot water demand. Overall, the holiday home produces three times more energy than it consumes – the surplus is fed into the power grid.
